9 A.M. GROUP YOGA AT THE BEACH
7 days/week - reservations 787.234.8124. Enjoy this Yogic experience that incorporates breath, body and sound. This is not your normal Yoga class. We work with nature to gain clarity, get grounded and create connection. Excellent for all levels and ages. Turkish towel and blocks are included. Centrally located in Rincón, Lala's Beach/Playa Dona Lala has plenty of parking and a shower. Bring the whole family. They can enjoy the beach, bakery, fresh juice/smoothie/acai or walk around downtown. $25 paid in advance.
5 P.M. SPA YOGA AT THE RIVER
7 days/week - reservations 787.234.8124. Just like the beach yoga this is not your normal yoga class. This restorative experience is designed to nourish your nervous system. We begin with some gentle breathwork and aromatherapy to get grounded. From there an Ayurvedic practitioner offers head/hand/foot/limb massage as you are fully supported in restorative Yoga postures. The majority of people wish to stay so a cup of herbal tea allows for a gentle transition into the evening. And if you still wish to stay longer checkout the next page called Zen Den to book the guest cabins. This is located along the river that runs between Rincón and Aguada 5 minutes from the beach. Exact location shared when $35 payment is provided.

Pick your own place and time for yourself or gather a group of friends and family. It's a great way to have a personal session specifically catered to your wishes or come together in a unique setting as a group. We provide aromatherapy, setup and sound healing. Appointments available starting at $150. Let us know your choice of days/times/location/# of people. Specialties include Bridal Bliss, Wedding Parties, Rise & Shine, Sunset Sessions, Corporate Retreats and Family Reunions.
MEDITATION RETURNS NEXT MONTH
10 a.m. meditation by donation (follows the 9 a.m. group Yoga on the beach) This is a non-competitive, meet-yourself-where-you-are engagement with various aspects of the Self, encouraging openness and flexibility in applying your concentrated mind through intention. Each practice will be adjusted for the needs of the particular participants that day. This can include discovering or improving centering and grounding, building open internal space through intention holding, body and/or chakra scanning, locating and deeply noticing emotions, clearing unwanted energetic attachments.
