BEACHFRONT GROUP YOGA

 Join us for some beachfront bliss everyday at 9 a.m. (7 days/week). Walk ins welcome although if you arrive with a group its a good idea to give some notice. This is an opportunity for you to breathe fresh ocean air, move mindfully and revitalize your mind. We offer a unique Yoga experience where you can connect with all of the elements in this natural setting. These beginners friendly classes are $20 donation paid via cash or ath movíl (mat is included).  You can find us on Google Maps as Barefoot Yoga y Bodega. RIVERFRONT SPA YOGA 

Starting December 30th at 5 p.m. and continuing every Monday (SOLD OUT DEC. 30TH). Enjoy a floor based restorative practice using plenty of pillows, bolsters and blocks. Imagine yourself listening to soft music along with the coquis, indulging in aromatherapy and receiving head/hand/foot massage. This will take place at our private property along the river bordering Rincon and Aguada, about a 5 minute drive from the beachfront location. Space is limited so reservations are required. SOUND HEALING - CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS

Starting January 1st at 5 p.m. and continuing every Wednesday. We'd love to welcome you for a sound healing session using crystal singing bowls. These bowls have been proven to reduce anxiety, calm the mind, enhance energy fluidity and provide healing on a cellular level. In addition, you will receive the benefits of being immersed in nature listening to the sounds of the jungle. Plenty of birds, bamboo and insects light up the night creating a wonderful orchestra. This will take place at our private property along the river bordering Rincon and Aguada, about a 5 minute drive from the beachfront location. Space is limited so reservations are required. Treat yourself or your friends & family to a private class that's tailored to your liking and requested day/time/location. Available by appointment starting at $100. All equipment is included. We have a variety of teachers that can cater to your requests such as style or type of Yoga. Specialties include Bridal Bliss, Wedding Parties, Rise & Shine, Corporate Retreats.
