YOGA ON STANDUP PADDLEBOARD
a.k.a. ~ SUP YOGA ~
Enjoy the best of both worlds with a yoga class on a standup paddleboard. If you are a lover of the sea & yoga then this is the perfect way to combine both in one spectacular session. This can be your first time on a standup paddleboard or first time practicing yoga. We start with an introduction to the equipment, go over various techniques with tips for balance & then get into the water. This is a freestyle flow including a variety of postures & even inversions (yes we have great success with headstands on a SUP, you can surprise yourself!). Finish with final relaxation, meditation & breathwork. Just bring your suit, sunscreen, smile and a towel.
Students must be able to swim and comfortable in the ocean. Knowing or learning how to laugh at yourself when falling off the standup paddleboard is a huge bonus to happiness.

All SUP Yoga classes are by appointment and are $50/person (board included) or $25/person (bring your board) and are subject to the conditions of nature: wind, swell, currents.
